About the Role
Intellectt Inc is growing its talent acquisition division and hiring experienced, results-driven Recruiters specializing in US staffing to manage comprehensive recruitment processes for international clients. This role offers the chance to drive successful talent acquisition in a fast-paced, global environment.
Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India (Onsite)
Shift Timings: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (aligned with US night hours)
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle for various US-based clients, ensuring timely and quality hiring outcomes.
- Leverage premium US job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and LinkedIn to identify top talent.
- Screen and source candidates experienced with diverse employment models including W2, C2C, and 1099.
- Collaborate effectively with Account Managers and client stakeholders to comprehend and meet specific hiring needs.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, shortlisting, negotiate compensation packages, and manage onboarding workflows.
- Ensure adherence to ATS protocols and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective candidates.
Candidate Profile and Skills
- 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in recruiting within US IT or Non-IT sectors.
- Expertise with US job boards and Vendor Management Systems (VMS) portals for advanced sourcing.
- In-depth understanding of US employment terms including C2C, W2, and 1099 tax classifications.
- Proficient written and spoken English communication abilities.
- Flexibility to work night shifts aligned with US time zones.
- Strong negotiation capabilities, stakeholder engagement, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
