About the Role

We are seeking skilled professionals with experience in US Retirement (401(k)) operations to join our growing organization based in Chennai, India. This full-time position offers a chance to contribute to retirement plan services across various departments including Trust Accounting, Annual Administration, Distribution, Defined Benefits (DB), ESOP, and US Accounting.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Bring 2 to 8 years of relevant expertise in handling US Retirement (401(k)) operations.
• Demonstrate strong analytical abilities, proficiency in reconciliation, and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Excel proficiency is essential to manage data and reporting effectively.
• Familiarity with 401(k) plans, ERISA, and IRS regulations is desirable but not mandatory.
• Possess excellent communication capabilities and work well within a team environment.
