About the Role
Matic is looking for a Recruiter to actively engage in meeting our diverse hiring requirements across various departments, including insurance sales and customer service. This position requires collaborating closely with Matic's leadership to secure and evaluate talent that aligns with organizational goals. The role is based in Columbus, Ohio, and involves a hybrid work schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle while ensuring candidates have an excellent experience throughout.
- Proactively source candidates by utilizing personal networks and social recruiting approaches; this role demands active engagement rather than passive job posting.
- Devise and implement long-term recruitment strategies aimed at enhancing departmental performance.
- Maintain a data-guided approach to continuously improve recruitment tactics and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Between one to over five years of comprehensive recruiting experience, ideally with a focus on sales roles.
- Proven ability to partner with hiring managers to design effective assessment and interviewing procedures.
- Skilled in crafting and executing candidate sourcing methods across various platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
- Experienced in recruiting across multiple managerial levels and departments, particularly sales and customer service.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems like Greenhouse and HRIS tools such as BambooHR.
- Resides in Columbus, Ohio, with availability to commute to the Brewery District office as part of a hybrid work arrangement.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range from $60,000 to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
