Job description

Role Overview

Fortinet is looking to add an EMEA Recruiter to support sales hiring across a defined geographic area. The business is growing quickly, with 30% growth targeted for FY26, and this role sits in a high-performance, fast-moving environment.

This position offers the chance to work with an international, publicly listed company and partner closely with EMEA sales leadership. The role suits someone with a strong background in end-to-end recruitment, especially in technology, who is comfortable handling multiple priorities and maintaining detailed hiring records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with territory leaders and HR teams across EMEA to understand business goals and hiring challenges.
  • Work with line managers to define hiring needs, shape job descriptions, and gather recruitment briefings.
  • Keep candidate records and recruitment administration accurate and current throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Use both established sourcing methods and fresh, creative approaches to attract talent.
  • Create job advertisements, arrange interviews, and coordinate phone and résumé screening.

Experience and Skills Needed

  • At least 5 years of in-house recruitment experience.
  • Prior experience recruiting in the high-technology sector, ideally IT security.
  • Strong ability to manage stakeholders and candidates professionally.
  • Excellent customer service mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Good organisation and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Comfort working independently, collaborating in a team, and adapting quickly.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office, including Excel reporting.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Knowledge of one or more additional European languages is an advantage.

Work Style

The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a varied role that requires speed, flexibility, and a proactive approach to sourcing and hiring.
