Overview
This opportunity is offered on behalf of a partner organization seeking a Recruiter based in the United Arab Emirates. The role provides a chance to engage in a collaborative international environment, managing the full recruitment cycle to attract top-tier talent across global markets.
You will play a crucial role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring professionals while working closely with internal teams. This position combines strategic sourcing, relationship management, and hands-on recruitment activities to enhance hiring processes, improve candidate experience, and support organizational growth through effective talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle the entire recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, candidate screening, interviewing, offer handling, and onboarding coordination.
- Use various sourcing methods, recruitment platforms, networking, and direct search to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct candidate research and headhunting across multiple countries and talent markets.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Keep accurate recruitment data and hiring pipelines within the applicant tracking system.
- Review candidate CVs, arrange interviews, assess candidates, and provide timely communication and feedback.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position needs, set expectations, and assist with hiring decisions.
- Ensure consistent and structured interview procedures across various teams.
- Offer recruitment advice and training for interviewers as needed.
- Support hiring for technical and non-technical roles, adjusting sourcing strategies according to business requirements.
Candidate Profile and Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, with a preference for IT recruitment experience.
- Demonstrated success managing end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Strong grasp of direct sourcing, headhunting techniques, and recruitment tools.
- Familiarity with the IT talent market and technical terminology.
- Experience hiring for a range of roles including finance, marketing, and legal, and readiness to support non-technical recruitment.
- Proven ability to partner with hiring managers to determine job requirements and devise recruitment strategies.
- Proficient English communication skills both written and verbal at an upper-intermediate level or above.
- Excellent interpersonal skills enabling trust building with candidates and stakeholders.
- Highly organized with the capacity to handle multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
- Self-driven, proactive, detail-oriented, and results-focused mindset.
- Adaptable and effective in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience recruiting for iGaming sectors, non-IT roles, or sourcing candidates via industry events is a plus.
