Job description
Role overview
Martine Law is hiring a legal recruiter who will treat recruiting as a strategic growth function rather than a purely administrative task. In this position, you will help scale a fast-growing U.S. law firm by creating talent pipelines, shaping hiring decisions, and contributing to measurable business results.
What makes this opportunity different
- Recruiting is measured through clear performance metrics such as time to fill, quality of hire, pipeline health, and retention.
- You will manage the entire recruitment process from intake planning through to offer acceptance, working closely with leadership as a hiring partner.
- The role operates in a technology-enabled environment with ATS, CRM, and sourcing tools, and decisions are guided by live data rather than assumptions.
- Hiring focus includes revenue-linked positions such as attorneys, intake staff, and sales roles, so your work has a direct effect on firm growth.
- The team follows a proactive pipeline model, meaning talent pools are built continuously instead of waiting for vacancies to appear.
Compensation and benefits
The salary offered for this role is USD 40,000 to USD 45,000 per year. Benefits include employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, unlimited paid time off, and the flexibility of a remote setup supported by a fully digital workplace.
Who succeeds in this role
This position is best suited to someone who works with data, funnels, and conversion metrics; can move quickly while keeping priorities organized; builds strong relationships with hiring managers; and is comfortable challenging stakeholders when needed to improve hiring outcomes. The ideal candidate cares about building strong teams, not just closing requisitions.
Additional note
This is not a traditional slow-paced recruiting role. It is intended for someone who wants ownership over hiring metrics, influence over recruitment strategy, and a direct role in helping a high-growth law firm expand.
