For the Karlsruhe site, the b.i.g. gruppe management gmbh is looking for a Recruiter (m/w/d) on an immediate basis in full-time.

Your role

• You will independently find, approach, and attract skilled specialists and managers through active sourcing.
• You will help fill a broad mix of roles across engineering services, facility services, security services, and administrative functions.
• You will design and put into practice sourcing approaches tailored to hard-to-fill positions.
• You will conduct initial interviews and support candidates throughout the complete hiring process.
• You will develop, maintain, and expand a long-term talent pool and build lasting relationships with candidates.
• You will work closely with internal departments and keep an eye on the job market to identify new recruiting channels and active-sourcing methods.

Your profile

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a degree in HR, business, or a similar field.
• You bring professional experience in recruiting, preferably with a focus on active sourcing and direct candidate outreach.
• You communicate confidently, persuade effectively, and enjoy attracting talent for different professional areas.
• You work in a structured, independent, and goal-oriented way and take initiative.
• You are comfortable using business networks, recruiting platforms, and standard MS Office tools.
