Job Overview
We are seeking a Recruiter (m/w/d) to join our recruiting team as a temporary substitute due to illness. This role is a fixed-term position based onsite in Dresden, Saxony, Germany.
Primary Responsibilities
- Designing recruiting strategies focusing on active and targeted candidate sourcing.
- Management of the entire recruitment process end-to-end.
- Creating and maintaining job postings.
- Conducting interviews in cooperation with relevant departments, including administrative handling.
- Participating in HR projects and continuously enhancing all personnel processes.
- Supporting personnel marketing activities.
- Organizing and attending representation events such as job fairs.
- Collaborating interdisciplinary with all business and specialist departments.
Candidate Profile
- Completed degree, preferably in business studies, or alternatively a completed commercial apprenticeship.
- Several years of professional experience in recruiting or human resources.
- Excellent communication skills and adaptability to various interlocutors.
- Strong social skills.
- High level of personal responsibility and advisory competence with confident demeanor.
- Proactive and systematic working style marked by solution orientation.
- Good command of English and fluent German language skills, both written and spoken.
