Job description
Overview
Join a prominent medical device manufacturing company as a Recruiter responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle for engineering, technical, and professional roles. Partner closely with hiring managers to fulfill talent requirements across various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes from candidate sourcing through hiring and onboarding.
- Design and implement sourcing approaches to discover qualified applicants.
- Recruit talent for engineering, manufacturing, operations, quality assurance, and related professional vacancies.
- Cultivate strong collaborations with hiring managers to ascertain hiring needs and prioritizations.
- Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking for candidate sourcing.
- Ensure a positive hiring experience for candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
- Document candidate interactions and manage recruitment data within the applicant tracking system.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and support recruitment events as required.
Qualification Requirements
- Minimum of two years’ experience managing full-cycle recruiting.
- Preferably experienced in staffing for medical device, manufacturing, engineering, or life sciences roles.
- Demonstrated proficiency in candidate sourcing and engagement.
- Strong communication skills with an ability to develop effective working relationships.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS software.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
- Bonus: experience recruiting in regulated manufacturing or medical device sectors and skill in building passive candidate databases for challenging technical positions.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly wage range: $40 to $47, depending on qualifications and background.
- Benefits begin after 30 days of employment, including medical, dental, vision, health-related savings accounts (HSA, FSA, DCFSA), and 401(k) with employer match.
- Paid sick leave and other legally mandated paid time off are included.
