Staff Zone Southern Region is hiring a Recruiter who enjoys connecting with people and identifying the right fit for open positions. This role focuses on building strong talent pipelines for both permanent and temporary hiring needs across the Southern Region.

The right person will be comfortable speaking with new candidates regularly, using thoughtful questions to assess potential, and staying organized while managing ongoing recruitment activity. Success in this position also depends on consistently achieving assigned targets.

The sourcing approach for this role combines online recruiting methods with direct outreach and cold calling. Travel may be required based on business needs.

This is a hybrid position. The selected candidate will work from one of the local branches at least two days each week and perform the remaining work from home.

Responsibilities

• Build and keep an active pool of qualified candidates for upcoming hiring needs.
• Interview candidates by phone or through Teams meetings.
• Review interview results and resumes to decide whether candidates should move forward or be declined.
• Act as the main point of contact for candidate questions during the hiring process.
• Consistently meet weekly goals tied to calls and email outreach.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office tools.

• Proven track record of meeting quotas or performance targets.

Working model

This position covers recruitment for both permanent and temporary roles within the Southern Region. Candidates should be prepared for frequent interaction with people, performance-driven work, and travel when necessary.
