Job description

Role Overview

This position is for an experienced recruiter focused on go-to-market hiring. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process for teams such as Technical Success, UserOps, Revenue Operations, and Sales, working closely with hiring managers and global recruiting partners to build strong, scalable teams.

What the Team Does

The recruiting organization partners with multiple business functions to identify, attract, and support exceptional talent. The GTM recruiting group plays a key role in helping the company grow by hiring for customer-facing and revenue-driving functions across a fast-moving environment.

What You Will Do

You will manage the full hiring cycle from understanding the role and talent requirements through to offer negotiation and acceptance. The work includes advising business leaders on hiring plans, ensuring a polished candidate journey, and coordinating with HR, Legal, and Compensation teams to keep the process compliant and efficient.

You will also use modern sourcing methods and recruiting tools to find high-quality candidates, strengthen diversity in the pipeline, and coach hiring managers on interview practices, candidate assessment, and employer branding.

Requirements

The role calls for substantial recruiting experience, especially in-house at high-growth companies, along with a proven record of hiring for go-to-market functions. Strong communication skills, comfort working across cultures and stakeholder groups, adaptability in changing environments, and a mindset focused on continuous process improvement are all important.

Location and Working Style

This role may be based in San Francisco or New York City, or performed remotely from within the United States. Candidates working remotely should be open to occasional visits to headquarters when needed. If you join in person, the schedule is hybrid: three days in the office each week, with work-from-home flexibility on Thursdays and Fridays.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $136,800 to $192,000 per year. The package also includes equity, and eligible employees may receive performance-based bonuses. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your family; employer contributions to health savings accounts; pre-tax spending accounts for health, dependent care, and commuting; a 401(k) plan with company match; paid parental, medical, and caregiver leave; flexible or allotted paid time off depending on classification; paid company holidays and office closures; sick or safe time; mental health support; employer-paid life and disability insurance; an annual learning and development stipend; meal support in offices and through delivery credits where eligible; relocation assistance for qualifying employees; and possible additional taxable perks such as charitable matching and wellness stipends.

Equal Opportunity and Hiring Notices

The employer follows equal opportunity hiring practices and does not discriminate based on protected characteristics under applicable law. Background checks may be conducted in line with local and state requirements, and qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered where required by law. Reasonable accommodations are available for applicants with disabilities.

Additional Information

The role is at-will, and base pay or other compensation elements may change over time depending on individual performance, team or company results, or market conditions. More benefit details are shared during the hiring process.
