Role Overview
This position involves recruiting for executive and senior executive profiles by sourcing, screening, coordinating, and managing candidate closures for client requirements. The role requires regular interaction with candidates and clients, strong follow-through, and consistent tracking through MIS and databases.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret client manpower needs and find appropriate candidates through job portals, social platforms, referrals, and headhunting.
- Connect with candidates, evaluate their suitability, and understand whether they match the target role.
- Arrange interviews for shortlisted candidates with clients.
- Stay in touch with both candidates and clients to support closure and joining.
- Carry out market and industry benchmarking from time to time.
- Prepare and circulate MIS reports for management and clients whenever needed.
- Keep yourself updated on new HR tools, methods, and market developments.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with peers and people across the industry.
- Maintain a live candidate database and MIS for the clients handled.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- MBA in HR is preferred.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills are required.
- Comfortable working with MS Office and ATS tools.
- Good presentation skills are important for this role.
- About 1 year of recruitment experience is preferred.
- Candidates based in Noida will be preferred.
