About the Role
FST Technical Services, a recognized leader in Quality Assurance, Inspection, Testing, and Commissioning services for semiconductor, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, and data center construction industries, is expanding its team. We are looking for a seasoned Recruiter who is passionate about sourcing and securing top engineering and technical talent. This role offers a fully remote opportunity in the U.S. with a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $85,000 plus comprehensive benefits.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding for technical and engineering roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ascertain hiring needs and create recruiting plans.
- Identify active and passive candidates through multiple channels, including professional networks and job platforms.
- Conduct candidate screening and interviews to assess qualifications, expertise, and cultural alignment.
- Present viable candidates to hiring teams and facilitate communication throughout the hiring phases.
- Manage offer preparation, negotiations, and ensure candidate acceptance.
- Handle pre-employment protocols such as background checks and employment verification.
- Support onboarding activities to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Maintain precise recruiting records using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Develop and sustain talent pipelines for future recruitment requirements.
- Track recruiting metrics, monitor hiring progress, and manage requisitions.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance hiring procedures and candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition, particularly for technical, engineering, construction, manufacturing, or skilled trades roles.
- Proven experience filling challenging positions and managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Advanced sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
- Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with ATS tools and ability to work independently while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Preferred Experience
- Recruitment experience for commissioning engineers, QA/QC specialists, inspectors, project managers, or related technical roles.
- Background in supporting data center, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences, or industrial construction projects.
- Knowledge of background screening and pre-employment processes.
- Experience recruiting for positions involving travel or project-based assignments.
