Key Responsibilities
- Identify and attract talents utilizing business networks and innovative sourcing channels
- Create and publish impactful job advertisements
- Build sustainable talent pools and actively maintain your network
- Manage the entire recruiting process autonomously from initial contact to interviews
- Contribute new ideas, track trends, and continuously enhance recruitment strategies
- Support social media recruiting and oversee campaigns on Meta platforms
Candidate Profile
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and a genuine ability to engage candidates and build lasting relationships
- Proven experience in recruiting and active sourcing
- Proficiency with platforms like XING and LinkedIn as well as common recruiting tools, coupled with high technical aptitude; experience in planning and executing campaigns on Meta platforms
- Organized approach with the ability to handle multiple concurrent recruitment processes effectively
- Completed university degree (e.g., Business Administration, Economic Psychology, Communication Sciences) or an equivalent commercial education with HR focus (e.g., Personnel Services)
