Role overview

In this position, you will act as a strategic talent acquisition partner for the client. Your focus will be on working closely with hiring managers and business leaders to secure high-quality talent that supports long-term workforce planning. You will also contribute market intelligence, guide hiring strategy, and help promote diversity and inclusion through broad and balanced candidate pipelines.

Key responsibilities

  • Work with the Talent Acquisition Manager and hiring managers to clarify role needs, expectations, timelines, and the quality and size of the candidate pipeline.
  • Assist the Account Director or Talent Acquisition Manager with monthly recruitment reporting for client reviews, including diversity and inclusion application and conversion data.
  • Represent the client to candidates by presenting the company story, business direction, culture, and current or future opportunities in an engaging way.
  • Use multiple sourcing channels such as internal recruitment systems, the client ATS, professional networks, job boards, internet search, social platforms, referrals, and networking events.
  • Find talent in difficult-to-reach markets by understanding candidate skills and motivations and introducing them to the client’s culture and opportunities.
  • Research target companies and locations to identify the best places to source talent from.
  • Build, expand, and maintain an external talent network that can strengthen the client’s talent pools over time.
  • Share relevant data and market intelligence with stakeholders and business leaders, making clear recommendations that support hiring decisions.
  • Keep candidate records, hiring manager interactions, and other recruiting activity accurately updated in the applicant tracking system.

Requirements

  • Fluent English and German communication skills.
  • Previous recruitment experience in fast-moving, high-volume environments.
  • Experience managing hiring activity, coordinating with internal teams, and handling recruitment pipelines in-house, in RPO, or in an agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of the full end-to-end hiring process.
  • Background in candidate evaluation and interviewing, including phone and video interviews, suitability assessment, and feedback sharing with hiring managers.
  • Ability to work with Talent Acquisition Managers and hiring managers to align on role requirements, hiring timelines, and candidate pipeline quality and volume.
  • Comfort with monthly recruitment reporting and D&I statistics.
  • Awareness of employer branding practices and how to create a positive candidate experience throughout hiring.
  • Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles in recruitment.
  • Ownership mindset, inclusive approach, curiosity, collaboration, commitment, and resilience.
