Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Recovery Driver to join our team in Dubai. This role is crucial for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of vehicles. You will be responsible for operating recovery vehicles, responding to various roadside situations, and ensuring vehicles are transported without damage. Adherence to safety protocols and company procedures is paramount. You will also be expected to perform basic maintenance on your vehicle and maintain accurate records of all recovery operations. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential as you will interact with the logistics team and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate recovery or towing vehicles for the transport of cars and light vehicles.
• Respond promptly to vehicle breakdowns, accidents, and recovery requests.
• Effectively load and secure vehicles onto the recovery truck to prevent any damage during transit.
• Deliver recovered vehicles to their intended destinations, such as workshops, vendors, or customer premises.
• Ensure all recovery activities strictly comply with road safety regulations and company policies.
• Perform daily inspections and essential basic maintenance on the recovery vehicle.
• Maintain meticulous records for each recovery task, including job sheets and delivery notes.
• Provide timely updates on job progress and location status to the logistics team.
• Deliver professional and courteous customer service throughout all recovery operations.

Skills and Qualifications

• Possess a valid UAE Manual 3-ton driving license.
• Have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of driving experience, with a preference for experience in recovery or towing services.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of Dubai's road network and traffic laws.
• Proficient in operating towing equipment and ensuring the secure loading of vehicles.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including being available for emergency call-outs.
