Role Overview

The Junior Car Buyer will act as a mall kiosk representative and serve as the first point of contact for people interested in selling their used cars. This role combines customer interaction, vehicle sourcing, negotiation, documentation, and coordination with internal teams to help achieve purchasing and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the mall kiosk as a customer touchpoint for people who want to sell their used vehicles.
• Identify and source good-quality used cars from mall visitors.
• Discuss and agree on pricing with sellers to support fair and successful deals.
• Prepare and complete all required forms and purchase-related paperwork.
• Deliver strong customer service throughout the car-selling process.
• Work with other teams to achieve buying targets and gross profit objectives.
• Track market movements and pricing trends to guide purchase decisions.

Requirements

• A university, diploma, or college degree, or an equivalent qualification.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in used car buying.
• Good command of English; Arabic is considered an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Solid negotiation skills and the ability to establish trust with customers.
• Capability to work independently and manage transactions end-to-end.
• Understanding of the local automotive market and current price trends.
• Interest in cars and a customer-focused approach.
