About the Opportunity
This is a project-based role on an AI training platform that offers flexible engagement without fixed hours or long-term commitments. You can record your daily activities and receive payment accordingly.
Role Overview
Participants will capture first-person videos of routine household tasks by mounting a smartphone on their head, documenting the exact visual perspective. These videos aid in training AI systems and robots to better interpret interactions with objects in everyday settings.
Responsibilities
- Record common household activities such as cooking, cleaning, folding laundry, gardening, and pet walking from a first-person viewpoint.
- Conduct recordings within your own living spaces including home, yard, garage, or workspace.
- Adhere to brief recording instructions provided for each session.
- Upload the captured videos via the designated project application.
Requirements
- Use a suitable smartphone or camera device capable of recording at 30 FPS or higher and 1080p resolution or better; recommended devices include iPhone 12 or newer, Google Pixel 6 or above, or Samsung Galaxy S21 or later with a wide-angle (0.5x) lens.
- Position the recording device at forehead or eye level for an egocentric video with a downward angle to clearly show hand movements.
- Utilize the specified "D&A" app to record and upload all video content.
- Ensure video quality is clear, steady, well illuminated, lasts at least 15 seconds, and depicts genuine intentional activities without unnecessary pauses or staged actions.
