Role Summary

This full-time, on-site position in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia focuses on ensuring that financial records remain accurate and complete through routine reconciliation work. The Reconciliation Officer reviews bank statements, customer balances, internal ledgers, and related financial records on a daily basis, identifies mismatches, and works with the relevant teams to resolve them. The role also involves preparing clear updates for management, keeping reconciliation files well organized, maintaining schedules, and supporting monthly and annual closing activities.

Key Responsibilities

The role requires close coordination with finance, operations, and customer service teams to address issues quickly and strengthen reconciliation workflows. Required Qualifications
