About the Role
Sundance Creek Post Acute seeks a personable, dependable Part-Time Receptionist to serve as the welcoming representative of our facility. This role is vital in delivering exceptional service to our residents, their families, visitors, and staff while ensuring smooth administrative operations on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Professionally greet and assist visitors, residents, and vendors.
- Answer phone calls and route them appropriately.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently.
- Maintain visitor logs and enforce sign-in protocols to ensure security.
- Support department managers through administrative tasks as needed.
- Assist with filing, data entry, copying, and miscellaneous office duties.
- Keep the front desk area orderly and professional.
- Provide information and respond to inquiries about facility services.
Candidate Profile and Qualifications
- High school diploma or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Previous experience in receptionist, customer service, or administrative roles is advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic computer tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Capacity to uphold confidentiality and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Experience in healthcare or skilled nursing settings is a bonus.
