Role Overview
This full-time, on-site Receptionist position is based in Accra. The selected candidate will be the first point of contact at the front desk, supporting guests and callers with professionalism while keeping reception operations running smoothly.
Key Duties
The role involves handling the day-to-day front office workflow, greeting visitors warmly, answering and directing phone calls with proper etiquette, and delivering a high standard of customer service. The receptionist will also manage routine clerical work, keep the reception area neat and orderly, and assist with administrative tasks that help the office function efficiently.
Requirements
Applicants should be comfortable with professional phone handling, front-desk reception work, and basic clerical duties such as organizing files and entering data. Strong verbal and interpersonal communication is important, along with a customer-first approach that supports positive guest interactions. The job also requires the ability to manage several tasks in a busy setting, use basic computer tools and office software, and ideally bring prior experience in a similar role. Experience in luxury or hospitality environments is considered an added advantage. A high school diploma or a university degree is acceptable, and additional training in office administration would be beneficial.
Compensation
The salary offered is GHS 1,000.
