Job Summary
We seek a confident and communicative Front Desk Executive who will serve as the initial point of contact for patients. This role involves managing front office operations, scheduling and monitoring appointments, handling hearing aid product inquiries, liaising with the Head Office Operations team, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk and assist patients visiting the clinic.
- Organize and follow up on patient appointments to ensure timely service.
- Monitor requests related to hearing aid products and provide assistance as needed.
- Coordinate with the Head Office Operations team to facilitate smooth service delivery.
- Maintain and update records and data using Excel spreadsheets and computer systems.
Requirements
- Possess basic to intermediate skills in Excel and general computer use.
- Exhibit strong communication abilities and interpersonal aptitude.
- Previous experience in a healthcare environment or front desk role is advantageous.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from 12000 to 18000 INR.
