Role Summary
Located in Coffs Harbour, NSW, the Receptionist position is a key administrative role responsible for delivering excellent front-of-house services and serving as the main contact point for the regional office. This role is vital to upholding a professional atmosphere, ensuring efficient communication among departments, and maintaining an organized and welcoming office environment for staff, leadership, parish and school employees, as well as external visitors.
Responsibilities
- Provide essential administrative support for daily business operations.
- Manage front desk functions and act as primary liaison for callers and visitors.
- Maintain a professional image for the regional office through efficient communication and organisation.
- Support communication and collaboration across various business units and stakeholders.
- Ensure the office operates effectively and provides a welcoming environment.
Requirements
- Experience in administrative or receptionist roles preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a busy environment.
- Committed to upholding child protection policies, including holding a valid NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC).
- Willingness to work full-time or part-time hours as suitable.
