Digestive Health Centers (DHC) consist of five independent outpatient endoscopy clinics serving the North Texas region. With multiple locations throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, DHC provides patient-focused, high-quality care in a comfortable and accessible setting. The centers specialize in procedures such as colonoscopies and endoscopies, offering superior services at significantly reduced costs compared to most hospitals or affiliated facilities. Digestive Health Center of Plano seeks a dedicated Full-Time Receptionist to join their team, supporting daily operations Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry tasks ensuring up-to-date patient information.
- Coordinate scheduling of appointments efficiently.
- Welcome and greet patients upon arrival with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage incoming phone calls, directing them appropriately.
- Oversee patient check-in procedures smoothly.
- Verify patient insurance details for coverage validation.
- Maintain and update patient charts accurately.
- Carry out clerical and administrative duties supporting the healthcare team.
- Provide exceptional customer service while communicating effectively with patients.
- Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities in a busy environment.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED is required.
