About the Role
We are seeking a female Receptionist Cum Telecaller to join our event and resort operations. Freshers are welcome to apply. Our group of companies includes The Royal Height Banquet, The Royal Lush Hotel & Resort, Thought Box Event Management, The Royal Darbar Roof Top Restaurant & Lounge, Lazzat Meal on Wheel, Raj Darbar Catering Services, and the upcoming RED CARPET ACADEMY, all located in Ranchi and Patratu, Jharkhand.
Candidate Profile

- Maintain courteous and professional behavior
- Strong public relations skills are essential

Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls
- Oversee daily scheduling activities
- Communicate effectively with clients
- Conduct client follow-ups
- Participate in social media related tasks
