About the Role
IND Global Realty invites applications for an energetic and organized individual to be the welcoming face at our office and support our marketing initiatives through dynamic content creation.
Primary Responsibilities
- Cordially greet and assist clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage front desk activities including handling phone calls and emails efficiently.
- Perform daily administrative duties and keep office documentation updated.
- Organize meetings and facilitate routine office operations.
- Develop captivating content tailored for social media engagement.
- Present confidently on camera for office announcements and promotional material.
- Work alongside the marketing team to strategize and produce creative content.
- Maintain tidiness and organization of the reception and office areas.
Candidate Requirements
- One to two years of professional experience in reception, administration, or customer service roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Self-assured, well-groomed, and comfortable with on-camera appearances.
- Strong organizational abilities and capacity to handle multiple tasks.
- A positive, customer-centric mindset with a friendly approach.
- Experience within Dubai’s real estate sector is advantageous.
