Role Overview
Kemet Prime Properties is expanding in Dubai and is looking for a polished, highly organized Receptionist & Operations Coordinator. This person will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors while also helping keep daily office, sales, HR, and executive operations running smoothly.
Reception & Client Relations
- Greet clients, investors, and visitors in a warm, professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages, and route them appropriately.
- Arrange meetings, appointments, and property viewings.
- Keep the reception area and meeting rooms presentable and professional.
- Ensure every client interaction reflects a high standard of service.
Sales & Operations Support
- Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks.
- Organize property viewings and client appointments.
- Update CRM records, client databases, and lead information accurately.
- Assist with property listings, document handling, and transaction files.
- Coordinate follow-ups with clients, developers, and service providers when needed.
Administrative Support
- Draft letters, reports, presentations, and general correspondence.
- Maintain filing systems and keep company records orderly.
- Coordinate office supplies, vendors, and courier services.
- Assist with company events, meetings, and routine office administration.
HR & Compliance Assistance
- Support onboarding by collecting documents from new employees.
- Help with visa processing, labour paperwork, Emirates ID renewals, and similar administrative tasks.
- Maintain employee files and related records.
Executive Support
- Assist senior management with calendar management, travel planning, and meeting coordination.
- Track follow-up items and keep ongoing tasks well organized.
- Handle confidential information with care, discretion, and professionalism.
Work Conditions & Offer
The position is based in Dubai, UAE, and is expected to begin on July 1, 2026. The company offers an employment visa, medical insurance, annual leave in line with UAE Labour Law, and a professional environment with room to grow in a fast-moving real estate business.
Compensation
Monthly salary is AED 4,000 to AED 5,000, depending on experience.
