Job overview

Qualifications
- A high school diploma plus an administrative support program or course lasting more than six months and up to one year is preferred, or five years of recent experience within the past eight years in position 1006 may be accepted as an equivalent.
- You must be able to attend work consistently and regularly.
- You should be capable of carrying out the responsibilities associated with the position.
- A solid work history is required.
Testing and proficiency requirements
Applicants must demonstrate the following levels through testing:
- Data entry speed of 4000 KSPH.
- Excel at 50%.
- Outlook at 50%.
- Word at 50%.
Key duties
- Handle reception activities and front-desk interactions.
- Answer, screen, and route phone calls and enquiries.
- Input, retrieve, and prepare reports from data.
- Carry out general office administration tasks.
- Prepare documents using word processing tools.
- Arrange appointments and coordinate meetings.
