Role Overview

For a well-known automotive industry client in the Salzgitter area, we are looking for a reliable reception officer who brings a strong service mindset, professionalism, and a high sense of responsibility. Key Duties

• Handling reception and front-desk tasks
• Providing support and assistance to customers
• Maintaining a visible presence in the service buildings
• Supporting deployed staff in conflict situations
• Ensuring compliance with security rules and regulations

Profile Required

• Completed vocational training in hospitality, gastronomy, event services, or another service-related field, or equivalent experience in a security-related or reception-focused environment
• Several years of experience in a service-oriented role involving direct contact with customers or guests
• Excellent spoken and written German and English
• Strong communication skills, attentiveness, and a sharp eye for detail
• Friendly, confident, and consistently professional demeanor
• High level of discretion, integrity, and accountability
• Ability to work well in a team, dependability, and resilience
• Clean police clearance certificate
