Role Overview
For a well-known automotive industry client in the Salzgitter area, we are looking for a reliable reception officer who brings a strong service mindset, professionalism, and a high sense of responsibility. The role offers a varied workplace with structured processes, demanding quality standards, and important duties within one of Germany’s key industries.

Key Duties
- Handling reception and front-desk tasks
- Providing support and assistance to customers
- Maintaining a visible presence in the service buildings
- Supporting deployed staff in conflict situations
- Ensuring compliance with security rules and regulations
Profile Required
- Completed vocational training in hospitality, gastronomy, event services, or another service-related field, or equivalent experience in a security-related or reception-focused environment
- Several years of experience in a service-oriented role involving direct contact with customers or guests
- Excellent spoken and written German and English
- Strong communication skills, attentiveness, and a sharp eye for detail
- Friendly, confident, and consistently professional demeanor
- High level of discretion, integrity, and accountability
- Ability to work well in a team, dependability, and resilience
- Clean police clearance certificate
