Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Team Leader for our Real Estate division to lead and inspire our sales team towards consistently meeting and exceeding business goals. This role focuses on overseeing sales activities, driving property transactions, and managing client relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, guide, and inspire a team of real estate sales executives to deliver optimal results.
• Establish daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and motivate the team to achieve these objectives.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure sales targets are met.
• Generate new business leads and maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective buyers.
• Address client inquiries, conduct negotiations, and manage property-related discussions seamlessly.
• Host regular team meetings and facilitate sales training to enhance team skills and performance.
• Track key metrics including lead generation, site visits, conversion rates, and overall sales effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with channel partners, property developers, and internal departments to streamline processes.
• Prepare and present detailed sales reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to management.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales journey to ensure client satisfaction.
