Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise real estate agents.
• Support sales and leasing transactions from start to finish.
• Help close deals and assist agents during negotiations.
• Manage property listings, leads, viewings, and follow-up activity.
• Work closely with landlords, buyers, tenants, investors, and developers.
• Bring structure, discipline, and accountability to the sales team.
• Own personal sales targets while also driving team performance.

Requirements

• Proven real estate experience in Qatar is essential.
• A strong sales track record is required.
• Prior experience leading and managing real estate agents is expected.
• Knowledge of brokerage operations and real estate deal processes is necessary.
• Ability to handle clients professionally and maintain serious follow-up discipline.
• Experience with sales and leasing transactions is important.
• Capable of working with multiple stakeholder types, including landlords, buyers, tenants, investors, and developers.
• A valid real estate license is mandatory.
