Key Responsibilities
- Independently and promptly manage and accurately classify all incoming tickets and inquiries.
- Handle all telephone and written correspondence with our internal and external customers as well as service providers.
- Oversee the invoicing process by performing audits, approvals, and ensuring proper allocation and billing.
- Lead escalation management to quickly and effectively resolve complex or critical issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth information flow.
Candidate Profile
- At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in ticket and/or inquiry management, ideally within the telecommunications sector.
- Completed training or education in real estate is preferred; strong expertise in commercial or technical areas is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional demeanor when interacting with various stakeholders.
- Strong determination and a solutions-oriented approach to handling complex challenges.
- Fluent German skills spoken and written (C1 level or equivalent) and good English proficiency (minimum B2 level) to manage international correspondence.
