Role Overview
This full-time, hybrid position based in Naxxar combines onsite presence with remote work flexibility. The Real Estate Specialist supports clients by advising on suitable rentals, conducting property viewings, negotiating terms, and fostering landlord relationships. The role includes helping landlords list and manage properties via QuickLets' platform, promoting available properties, monitoring market developments, and meeting sales goals while ensuring high-quality customer service.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in real estate and property management sectors
- Sales expertise and knowledge of real estate development processes
- Outstanding customer service and client interaction abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setup
- Strong understanding of Malta's real estate market is a significant advantage
- Proficiency with digital property management and marketing tools
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
