Job description

Role Overview

The Real Estate Specialist will oversee day-to-day location and property-related activities, including research, analysis, payment tracking, reporting, document control, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The role also involves contract archiving, linking supporting documents with reports, and assisting with leasing and site preparation tasks.

What You Will Do

  • Research prospective locations and assess their suitability for leasing or investment.
  • Review market rental data and convert findings into practical recommendations.
  • Track rental schedules and make sure payments are processed on time.
  • Compile recurring updates on location status and rent payment activity.
  • Use relevant systems and office applications to manage location data and records.
  • Keep location files, contracts, and related documents organized and current.
  • Connect agreements with supporting reports and periodic data updates.
  • Arrange site surveys for shortlisted locations and submit maintenance or preparation requests to property owners.
  • Support lease discussions and help prepare lease documentation.
  • Handle tenant communications and resolve questions or concerns when they arise.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi real estate rules and other applicable requirements.
  • Contribute to location marketing initiatives and related implementation work.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and outside parties to support operational needs.
  • Analyze market movements, review the financial results of locations, and help prepare forecasts.
  • Assist with administrative duties and other departmental assignments as needed.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in business or a closely related field is required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in location management or real estate marketing is needed.
  • Applicants should have strong analytical, negotiation, organizational, and communication abilities.
  • Working knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations is necessary.
  • A Fal License is mandatory.

Core Skills

The role calls for the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently, strong time discipline, careful attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and follows a full-time, onsite work arrangement.
