Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Address customer inquiries and develop qualified sales leads.
- Assess client property needs and suggest appropriate options accordingly.
- Arrange and conduct site visits and detailed property presentations.
- Follow up on potential clients to convert leads into finalized bookings.
- Liaise with property developers and coordinate with internal departments.
- Keep precise records using the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets consistently.
Candidate Requirements
- Between 1 and 5 years of practical experience in real estate sales.
- Strong communication and effective negotiation abilities.
- A client-centric approach with good interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and smartphone usage.
- Preferably own a two-wheeler for commuting.
