Job Overview and Responsibilities

• Gather detailed listings of builder floors and apartments by engaging directly with property owners and developers in the Faridabad region.
• Conduct on-site property visits to capture photographs and videos while verifying key information such as price, size, floor number, and possession status.
• Escort clients during property visits, clearly articulate property features, and collaborate closely with senior agents to facilitate sales.
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective clients through phone calls and WhatsApp communication to drive deal closures.
• Work in tandem with telecallers for lead distribution and provide timely feedback to improve client engagement.
• Assist backend teams with the preliminary stages of documentation and agreement formalities.
