Role Overview
Join Dream Hotel and Resorts as a Real Estate Sales Executive based in Delhi-NCR. This position involves assisting clients through every stage of their real estate transactions including purchases, sales, and rentals. The role requires strong client interaction and diligent follow-up to create a seamless buying or selling experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties by providing tailored advice and assistance.
- Build and nurture a robust lead pipeline utilizing networking, referrals, telephone outreach, and digital marketing.
- Arrange and manage property viewing appointments efficiently.
- Assist clients in drafting and presenting offers and negotiations under their guidance.
- Stay informed about relevant real estate legislation, zoning laws, and financing methods to guide clients accurately.
- Handle contract negotiations and ensure all documentation is thorough and submitted promptly.
- Deliver outstanding client service at all stages of the transaction.
