About the Role
We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Executive based in Latur to manage property sales, interact with clients, and meet monthly sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming property leads and client queries efficiently.
- Arrange and conduct property visits for potential buyers.
- Close property sales deals by effectively liaising with clients.
- Follow up continuously with buyers, sellers, and property owners to ensure smooth transactions.
- Create visual marketing material such as photos and short videos tailored for social media promotion.
- Keep detailed and organized records of all leads and sales activities.
- Consistently work towards achieving the set monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- At least one year of prior experience in sales; fresh graduates or newcomers should not apply.
- Proven communication skills and a strong aptitude for sales.
- Must own a two-wheeler for work-related travel purposes.
- Possession of a smartphone equipped with a high-quality camera is mandatory.
- Work experience in real estate sales is advantageous but not strictly required.
