Job Overview
This position welcomes both male and female candidates to contribute in field sales activities for real estate properties. The role demands active customer engagement, sales generation, and coordination within the team to meet monthly sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Maintain regular follow-up with potential customers
- Coordinate and conduct site visits with clients
- Perform field sales duties and generate property leads
- Collaborate closely with clients and the internal sales team
- Consistently achieve assigned monthly sales targets
Requirements and Preferences
- At least six months of prior experience in real estate field sales
- Possession of a bike is mandatory for executing field visits
- Strong communication and presentation capabilities
- Confident, target-driven approach with professional customer persuasion skills
Working Conditions and Compensation
- Office hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Work location: Kolkata, West Bengal
- Fixed monthly salary ranging between ₹15,000 and ₹25,000 plus attractive incentives
