About the Role
Rose Island Real Estate, based in Dubai, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Listing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have thorough knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and be capable of managing property listings with precision, efficiency, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, modify, and oversee property listings on various real estate portals and company databases.
- Ensure accuracy and currency of all property information including descriptions, images, and documentation.
- Collaborate with agents, photographers, and marketing teams to gather all necessary property details.
- Track listing performance and implement updates to enhance visibility.
- Keep well-organized records related to properties, client information, and listing documents.
- Provide timely and precise property data to support the sales team.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrated experience working within the Dubai real estate market.
- Thorough understanding of Dubai Land Department (DLD) rules and real estate transaction processes.
- Proficient with property listing platforms such as Property Finder and Dubizzle.
- Basic familiarity with real estate CRM and platform tools is beneficial.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
