Role Overview

This fully remote, full-time position as a Real Estate Industrial Land and Warehouse Specialist requires identifying, acquiring, and managing industrial land and warehouse assets. The specialist is tasked with client engagement, supporting real estate development activities, conducting thorough market research, and executing lease or sale negotiations. Success in this role depends on a driven, client-oriented approach to provide optimal property solutions aligning with business objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

Extensive expertise in commercial real estate, specifically industrial land and warehouse sectors.
Proven sales and customer service skills with a dedication to client satisfaction.
Familiarity with real property transactions including leasing and purchasing processes.
Excellent abilities in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relations.
Knowledge of industrial and warehouse property markets, particularly within Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Preferred bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related disciplines.
Experience operating independently in remote work environments.
