About the Role

Axis Real Estate is seeking a motivated Marketing Executive to drive the expansion of its real estate business through proactive prospecting and lead generation. The role involves identifying property owners, investors, brokers, and potential buyers or sellers via phone, email, and text, while consistently maintaining a pipeline of qualified leads.

Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified real estate leads through outbound phone calls, emails, and text messages.
  • Conduct cold calling campaigns targeting property owners, investors, brokers, and prospective clients.
  • Identify motivated sellers, buyers, and investment opportunities.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings with potential clients.
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain ongoing communication to nurture relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and real estate professionals.
  • Maintain accurate lead records and communication history within CRM software.
  • Conduct research on properties, ownership details, and market opportunities.
  • Support marketing campaigns focused on property acquisition and sales.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in real estate lead generation, cold calling, telemarketing, or sales.
  • Experience working with US-based customers.
  • Knowledge of real estate terminology and processes.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead management systems.

Technical Requirements (Mandatory)

  • High-Speed Internet Connection (Minimum 40 Mbps).
  • Noise-free work environment.
  • Ability to work during US business hours.

Performance Metrics
