Role Overview
As a Real Estate Executive at Seven Star Realtors, you will be responsible for actively selling residential, commercial, and industrial properties located in Noida and Greater Noida. The role requires generating online leads for real estate offerings and maintaining comprehensive customer data to support sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive property sales across residential, commercial, and industrial segments within Noida and nearby areas.
- Generate prospective client leads through online platforms and tele-calling activities.
- Maintain and update customer databases ensuring accurate information management.
- Post property listings actively on digital channels to increase visibility and engagement.
- Provide responsive customer service to potential buyers, addressing inquiries and supporting their purchase decisions.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Must possess reliable means of conveyance for client visits and site meetings.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads online and perform tele-calling effectively.
