Job summary

In this remote data entry role, you will help maintain accurate and up-to-date records for real estate operations. The position requires careful handling of data, a high level of organization, and the ability to work independently while staying aligned with a distributed team.

Hourly pay for this position is $26.81 to $29.97.

Key responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain transaction details, client records, and other real estate-related information in the database.
  • Review existing records and correct incomplete, inconsistent, or inaccurate entries.
  • Work with teammates to investigate and resolve data mismatches or errors.
  • Handle information carefully and follow privacy and data security requirements at all times.
  • Support reporting and presentation preparation using the collected data.
  • Carry out general administrative and secretarial support such as filing, checking office supplies, scanning, and printing when required.

Required qualifications

  • High school completion or an equivalent credential is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Prior experience in data entry or a closely related role is needed.
  • Working knowledge of real estate terminology and standard real estate processes is important.
  • Comfort using computers, especially MS Office tools and data entry software.
  • High accuracy and strong attention to detail are essential.
  • Ability to work on your own with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
  • Strong organization and time-management skills.
  • Clear communication skills for collaboration in a remote team setting.
