About the Role

Eliva Real Estate is seeking a skilled and imaginative Content Creator to join their Marketing Team in Abu Dhabi. This individual will be responsible for crafting compelling and visually appealing content to enhance the company's brand image and effectively promote their real estate properties and projects.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality photos, videos, and social media content focused on real estate listings and developments.
• Plan, film, and edit engaging Reels, promotional videos, and other multimedia material.
• Generate innovative content ideas that align with marketing strategies and corporate objectives.
• Visit property sites to obtain professional photographs and videos.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to produce content that drives lead generation.
• Organize and manage content across different social media channels.
• Stay informed about the latest social media trends and content styles.
• Maintain a consistent, professional brand representation across all content.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Content Creator, Videographer, or related position, preferably within real estate.
• Proficiency in capturing video and photography, along with video editing capabilities.
• Familiarity with software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, CapCut, or equivalents.
• Strong creativity combined with meticulous attention to detail.
• Knowledge of platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and related social media outlets.
• Ability to work autonomously and fulfill deadlines.
• Submission of a portfolio highlighting prior work is mandatory.
• Real estate industry experience is considered a plus.
