Job Responsibilities and Environment

As a Sales and Leasing Real Estate Agent, you will collaborate closely with an experienced, high-achieving team. You'll play a vital role in managing client relationships and driving property transactions within a fast-paced and competitive market, all while receiving support from industry leaders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 1 year of proven sales experience in high-performance settings such as real estate, automotive sales, recruitment, or luxury service industries like cabin crew or high-end retail
• Fluent proficiency in English
• Possession of a valid driving license
• A proactive and decisive attitude with the ability to thrive in a competitive yet supportive workplace
• Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities
• Resilience and a strong drive to achieve measurable results while cultivating long-term client relationships
