This is a full-time real estate brokerage opportunity based in Dubai, UAE, with a boutique agency focused on premium property sales and advisory. The team emphasizes quality over volume, offering personalized guidance, genuine leads, and a structured environment for consultants who want to grow in Dubai’s luxury and secondary property market.

What You’ll Do

• Handle real estate enquiries and work on qualified leads in Dubai’s prime communities.
• Support clients throughout the property buying and selling process.
• Build relationships with prospective buyers and sellers while representing premium listings.
• Use the agency’s marketing and operational support to convert opportunities into deals.

• Access to high-intent leads in areas such as Marina, JBR, Bluewaters, Emaar Beachfront, and Palm.
• A commission structure beginning at 50%, with earning potential rising to 70%.
• Assistance with visas and RERA licensing.
• Coaching and mentorship from high-performing agents.
• Dedicated marketing and back-office support, including professional photo and video production plus targeted advertising.
• A well-located office in JBR.

Candidate Profile

• Prior Dubai real estate experience is helpful, though it is not a strict requirement.
• Strong spoken English is essential.
• Russian or Arabic language skills are considered a strong advantage.
• You should be driven, ambitious, and interested in building a long-term career in premium real estate.
