About the Company
Iwange250 is an expanding housing and property platform that brings together landlords, property owners, and renters across Rwanda. The company aims to make it easier to search for homes, publish listings, and manage rentals, while building a reliable nationwide marketplace for housing services.
Role Overview
The organization is looking for a driven, professional, and target-focused Real Estate Field Agent to represent Iwange250 across Rwanda.
Key Responsibilities
- Source landlords, property owners, and property managers and bring them onto the platform.
- Create and nurture strong working relationships with housing providers.
- Meet potential tenants and support them in finding suitable homes.
- Visit properties, carry out inspections, and verify listing details.
- Support rental negotiations and help finalize agreements between owners and tenants.
- Collect accurate details about properties, including photos, pricing, and availability.
- Represent the company professionally during meetings, site visits, and business discussions.
- Travel frequently across Rwanda to discover and confirm housing opportunities.
- Keep organized records of client conversations, property listings, and closed transactions.
- Coordinate with the management team to grow the platform’s property inventory.
Requirements
- Must be based in Rwanda and available to travel to any district as needed; transport costs are covered.
- Strong ability in communication, negotiation, and relationship building.
- Well-groomed professional presentation and conduct.
- Capable of working on their own and meeting assigned targets.
- Background in real estate, sales, business development, customer service, or a similar area is beneficial.
- Comfortable working with smartphones, mobile apps, and digital communication tools.
- Fluency in Kinyarwanda is mandatory; English and French are beneficial.
- A valid driving license is an added advantage.
