Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our real estate team in Dubai. This role involves managing daily administrative duties, maintaining comprehensive and accurate records, liaising with clients and agents, and ensuring efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications via telephone, email, and WhatsApp with professionalism.
- Arrange schedules and organize meetings efficiently.
- Prepare and maintain client and property documentation in an orderly manner.
- Assist in uploading property listings onto various online platforms.
- Coordinate interactions between agents, clients, and property developers.
- Draft and organize contracts, forms, and related paperwork.
- Oversee office supplies and carry out general administrative tasks.
- Follow up with clients to ensure timely correspondence.
- Support overall daily office management activities.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior administrative experience is necessary, preferably within real estate.
- Fluent English communication skills are essential; Arabic knowledge is advantageous.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Professional demeanor accompanied by a positive attitude.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a team.
