About the Role
This position is for an experienced research and development biologist who can support the training of AI models. The work involves checking how well AI chatbots reason, reviewing their responses, and identifying ways to improve model quality.
Candidates should already have an advanced command of biology. Closely related backgrounds such as biology or biochemistry are also relevant.

Responsibilities
- Create challenging biology-related prompts for AI chatbots and assess the quality of their answers.
- Review AI-generated outputs for accuracy, reasoning, and overall performance.
Qualifications
- Strong English fluency at a native or bilingual level.
- A careful, detail-focused working style.
- Solid understanding of cell biology, genetics, biochemistry, and experimental techniques.
- A Master's degree and/or PhD that is current, in progress, or completed is preferred, though not mandatory.
